I’ve learned that success isn’t about perfection; it’s about pushing through setbacks, embracing growth, and committing to becoming the best version of yourself. My goal is to help others find that same resilience within themselves
I'm a certified has-been when it comes to track and field—I was a 100m hurdler and sprinter, and I absolutely loved it. But after high school, I struggled with self-doubt, discipline, and a complete loss of direction. I fell hard, battling laziness and eating disorders, finding myself in a place I never expected to be. One day, I decided enough was enough. I took control, faced my struggles head-on, and committed to real change. In 2019, I became a personal trainer—not just to help others, but to help myself, too. Through trial and error, discipline, and consistency, I transformed both physically and mentally. My mission is simple: to help people in any way I can. Whether it’s guiding them through their own fitness journey or pushing them to realize their full potential, I’m here to help (:
